The Glamhall is a premier online marketplace bringing together buyers and sellers of pre-loved luxury fashion.

You can browse and shop without creating an account. However, if you are looking to sell an item and create a listing, you will be required to set up an account on our marketplace. Setting up an account is fairly quick & simple. Additionally, users who set up accounts on The Glamhall can enjoy the following benefits:

  • Create and manage listings for items you’d like to sell
  • Track your orders and view past purchases
  • Save your address so you can shop even quicker in the future

To reset your password, click the “Forgot Your Password” link on the My Account login page and an email will be sent to the address we have on file for you with instructions in relation to completing the reset process.

We have a zero tolerance policy for inauthentic products. Our Quality Control team ensures that all products are received from sellers on the Site and inspected thoroughly before they are shipped to the buyer. Once an item is on its way to you from The Glamhall it is guaranteed that it is 100 percent authentic.

Describing the condition of your listed item accurately and thoroughly is imperative to helping buyers making informed decisions. Further, our experts use this as a basis when assessing an item once it has been sold. If the item sold fails to match the condition listed on our Site, this will result in the cancellation of the order and would negatively impact the rating of a seller. Never Worn, With Original Tags

Clothing: Items are in pristine condition and show no signs of being worn or washed. Tags are attached and pictures of this must be included in the listing.

Handbags, Shoes and Accessories: Items are in pristine condition and show no signs of being worn and include tags, box and dust bag. Protective stickers remain in tact where applicable. Pictures of tags, box, dust bag and protective stickers must be included in the listing.

Jewelry: Items are in pristine condition and show no signs of being worn and come with a box and / or tags.

Homeware: Items are in pristine condition and show no signs of being worn and come with a box and / or tags.

Excellent

Clothing: Items are clearly unused and show no signs of being worn or washed but tags are not attached.

Handbags, Shoes and Accessories: Items are clearly unused but tags are not attached and boxes or dust bags are not included.

Jewelry: Items are clearly unused and show no signs of being worn but do not come with a box and / or tags.

Homeware: Items are clearly unused and show no signs of being worn but do not come with a box and / or tags.

Buying

At this moment in time, The Glamhall does not have installment payment plans available. Please check back often or remain subscribed to our newsletter as to stay up to date on when this feature will be introduced on our platform.

Yes, you can do this through the ‘Make Offer’ button on the product listing page. Your offer must be greater than or equal to 70% of the current listing price. Once an offer is placed, it is sent to the seller to accept or reject. If a seller does not respond to an offer within 24 hours, it is automatically rejected.

Yes, you can pose any questions you may have to the seller in the comments box found at the bottom of every listing.

Yes, we are happy to be shipping to customers globally.

If your item is tagged as being an Express Delivery item, it is already in stock with us here at The Glamhall. We will send it directly to you within 48 hours of your confirmed order. Alternatively, sellers have up to 7 business days to send the item to us for quality control and inspection. In the event that your item is not received from the seller within the allotted 7-day period, you will automatically receive a full refund.

Our platform currently offers two delivery methods: Delivery with Authentication and Express Delivery. 

Delivery with Authentication requires that items are first dispatched by the sellers to The Glamhall in order to be physically checked and authenticated by our Quality Control team. Once we have completed our assessment, the item will be shipped directly to you. On average, delivery with authentication takes approximately 10 business days. To note, if the seller hasn’t shipped your item within 7 business days of you placing your order, you will automatically receive a full refund.

If you see the Express Delivery option available on an item, it means the item is already in stock with us here at The Glamhall. Items with the Express Delivery logo in their description have already been checked and authenticated by our Quality Control team and can be shipped out to you promptly.

Users with registered accounts on The Glamhall can check the status of their order from their dashboard via ‘My Orders’. If you do not have a registered account on our platform, you will receive an email to confirm that your item has been dispatched to you, complete with a tracking link, once the item has been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. We accept cancellations of orders so long as the seller has not yet shipped the item to our warehouse. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, you can check out via the guest check out option upon processing your transaction. We would, however, recommend registering for an account on The Glamhall as you can then easily track the details of your order once it has been confirmed from your dashboard.

All sales are final on The Glamhall. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience.

Every item purchased on our marketplace is received at our warehouse for a rigorous authentication and quality control process before it is delivered to the buyer. Our thorough and brand-specific quality control process provides an additional layer of safety and is two-fold, we ensure that the item purchased matches its Product Page description and is 100% authentic.

Changed Your Mind About Your Purchase?

If you have received an item and it is not what you expected or you have had a change of heart, you can relist the item for sale on The Glamhall, free of charge within 3 calendar days of receiving it. In doing so, you will receive 100% of the proceeds from the resale. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team via customercare@theglamhall.com who will gladly walk you through the relisting process.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may choose to relist the item you have received completely free of charge for up to 72 hours after receiving it. No, when selling with The Glamhall the only time your item needs to leave your closet is once it has been sold through our Site. You will be notified by e-mail of this and will be provided with shipping labels free of charge in order to have your item couriered to us.

Congratulations! Once your item has sold, you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of such. We will also provide you with shipping labels free of charge on clear instructions on how to have your item couriered to our warehouses for quality control and inspection before it is delivered to the buyer.

No, we cover shipping expenses for our sellers. Once your listed item has sold, you will receive a confirmation of this by email with pre-paid shipping labels and instructions on how to have this couriered to us.

Once an order has been confirmed, you have 7 business days to courier the item to us.

As soon as an order has been made by a buyer, you will have 7 business days to have the item couriered to our warehouse for quality control and inspection. If the purchased item is not received within 7 business days, the transaction is automatically nullified and the buyer is refunded. This will negatively impact your seller rating. In order to avoid such circumstances, we welcome you to notify our Customer Care team of any impediments as soon as you become aware of these.

You will get paid once the item you have sold is received in our warehouse and successfully passes quality control and inspection. On average, sellers receive their payment between 2-3 working days after satisfactory completion of the assessment.

At this time, The Glamhall only accepts sellers based in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Please check back often or remain subscribed to our newsletter as we roll out selling from more locations in the near future.

For the safety of our community, every listing on The Glamhall is verified by our Curation Team ahead of it being published. Due to this, once a listing has been submitted, changes can no longer be made. We recommend taking your time when putting a listing together and providing as much detail as possible for potential buyers. To do so all you have to do is log in to your registered account, click on ‘My Listings’ on your dashboard, select the item you are looking to price drop for and click edit, from here you can adjust the price.
